Okay, so today morning go run a marathon, so a bit tired , will code later, my stamina is not good, for a 10km run, it took me 110 minute, meaning i am walking at 5.1km/h , almost 2 hour for 10km meanwhile the kenya winner is running at 20km/h and finish the marathon 42km in 2 hour 18 minutes
